Just stopping in to say hi to everyone. I'm the new owner of the Roos (name change soon) in the Zeta Division. Hopefully will have everything checked out today and can start contributing here.

What types of things go on that we may need help with? Power Rankings, MVP or All Pro Teams, etc. My GM and myself would be willing to help out with some things.

I'm sure we wouldn't mind a second set of power rankings at all -- preferably one that uses a different metric than the one we already have. Then we could have two sets to go by next season.

Especially if you included a bit of a writeup on the top 5 teams each week like I've seen some teams do.

Heh, you'll at least have the offseason to get things somewhat together. I jumped in right at Week 7 and gah...

Good luck to you! And yay, more rankings! What Moose said, if you could include a little writeup on the top 5 teams each week, that would be awesome. As long as it isn't too much work for you!

Hey whats up buddy! I just want to let you know you are replacing a good guy in Tupper and you have big shoes to fill! I have no doubts that you will be able to though. Roos are definitely a playoff contender and I think with a few more tweaks you could turn them into a strong scary team.

Welcome aboard and glad to have you in our happy little league. It's quite active, competitive, and you'll have a blast here.

OUCH yea i just looked at that.. a LOT of players coming off contract tonight. Hopefully you have a big offseason, will take some work but if played right your team will be contenders

Paul I wish you the best, just wanted to know why you traded both of my players when I was the most active player on the team. You can pm me with the reason if you wish.

GM of the team here. We've renamed ourselves and have tried to rebuild the team the best we could in one offseason after the last owner and GM orchestrated to bilk the team of several hundred thousand dollars and re-signed 6-8 of the starters to what amounted to 1 day contracts.

I think we'll be competitive with some teams this year, but I expect some rough losses as well. We're here for the long haul and hope to perhaps make an outside run at the playoffs.

That's awesome to hear. Oceania AA #1 needs teams to be in it for the long haul We're a nice crew, I promise.

its whats done to teams when sold back 99% of time. congrats on ur new team

Welcome to the league from another newb team, the Kingston Uprising!!

We also inherited a gutted team (2 non-CPU players were on the roster) but we were lucky enough that they did leave us with a good amount of cash.

Dingoes vs. Uprising may be a nice little rivalry since we're coming into the league at the same time!! Good luck!

Woah, Kingston (AKA Sydney Bloomin' Onions) got gutted? Jeez, my WR used to play for them in the first season and part of the second, then I asked for a trade. Good luck with the team!
