Im pretty sure it would be all of them, considering that it was an expansion league last season.

But, for the sake of arguement... I am a first year owner.

Yup I believe they were all 1st year teams as this league was filled the night the new teams were introduced.

most teams that dominated just organised a group of players prior to the team release. So they werent scrambling for players...
