My LB got this pick 6 but look at the replay. The NT clearly deflects the ball into his hands but nowhere does it say pass deflected.

OK I see that but I mean on the actual replay, he deflects the ball, but it doesn't show up. It's kinda weird.

It doesnt show up because it was picked off. If he didnt catch it it wouldve shown up in the text.
