you should have had your speed to 3rd cap about 35 lvls ago. im sure its your first cb so i'll cut you slack.

for all of those who are readign this thinking you dont need to 3rd cap attributes one at a time and can get away with balancing he build at the beginning (AKA Packers) this is what happens. he becomes too slow, unagile and even vision isnt that high

for you i would get speed to 3rd cap, may as well. jumping to 2nd, tacklign to 3nd.
