Time to kick up the forums.....Place all avatar bets here...Rules are once you get an accepted bet, the loser wears the others for 1 week.


I have the first bet out their for the season, in fact I have 2.
The first person who says the ABD does not make the playoffs.
My second bet for the first person who says someone holds the Sea Wolves to under 13 points in a regular season game.

I bet my avatar that Ed Reed is a better FS than anyone else in his conference... (You have to put your FS up in a bet, highest end of season rank wins).

I also bet Krundle comes in 1st in pancakes.

So in other words:

"I bet my avatar that [my defense sucks more] than anyone else in our conference... (You have to put your [defense] up in a bet, [lowest ranked D] wins)."

I'm sure most people think yall will make the playoffs. If you don't this year, then yall need to make some changes.

I've already said, if you don't make the playoffs this season you should seriously quit....

There is not necessarily a direct correlation between a poor team defense and a successful FS stat-wise, contrary to naive and popular opinion.

His best seasons have been when our D performed their best in general.

Looks like your blitzing him, so that's a different story. I still don't think anyone would take that bet. Except maybe ABD lol

yah, it's all about how you use your FS. If he's in Cover 2 all day, his stats aren't going to be very good unless the rest of the defense is terrible. If you're blitzing or in man coverage all the time, FS can make a lot of plays. It's very difficult to judge a FS based on statistics at all. Any player on defense should really care about 1 statistic (points allowed). So if we're betting my FS against Ed Reed using that barometer, I'll take that bet in any second.
