OK guys heres the deal. i will be taking over a WE AAA team that has been gutted out. i want it to be a in a 13 cap league to start season 13. i want the players to be slow built so as to make the strongests builds to eventually make it out of the minors and into the pros hopefully. im looking for great agents that are experienced or willing to learn. you must also be willing to buy CE and boost every season. I already have about 5 or 10 agents that i know from the team or other teams so adding some more guys for long run is needed.
the plan: we will all create our players on day 23 of this season and i will sign them to this team for lots of money and to make sure everyone gets max EXP. we will have to suffer through some painful times through the rest of the season and next but we will be ready to play season 13, hopefully everyone slow builds so we will be decent for a couple seasons but season 15 should be when our builds start to come around and we dominate.
