We are VERY close to having a full 128 team field. I'm still looking through some applications but hope to have the bracket published tonight or tomorrow.
If you havent yet, you'll want to get your application in quickly.
Some notes:
Do not send multiple applications - I know you are excited to get in, but submitting multiple applications only slows me down. I will get to yours ASAP.
No responses will be sent - If you are accepted or not, a response won't be sent. If you are on the bracket, you made it in.
Team IDs - I have already had several teams send in the team ID for their normal or casual team. I think I have caught them all and changed to that team owner's Pee Wee team ID - but be on the lookout when you schedule your first round games. If the team ID listed isn'ta Pee Wee team, contact me right away!

If you see an error (team ID is not a PW team, Team has gone CPU, etc) PM me right away.
Also, please make sure t report your wins!

A couple issues to address:
Scheduling the wrong team: If neither you or the owner of the opposing team notice that you scheduled your Casual/Normal team - there is nothing we can do. Once accepted, as the warning states, friendlies cannot be retracted. We don't have a way to "move" it to another team.
You will still be responsible for scheduling your match on time, and failure to do so holds the same consequences.
I OC for a team you put us against. Help!: With the exception of spreading out the Pee Wee Gold teams, the tournament was completely random draw. Also, replacement teams were picked in advance. If a team dropped out, and you got an unlucky draw - that is how it stands. We cannot change the bracket this late.

THE BRACKET IS UPDATED: Get those round 2 matches going. Some have skipped ahead to round 3 where possible. Let's keep rolling.

I am extremely dissapointed to note that several teams have been removed from the tournament due to not scheduling their games.
This includes a few matches where the games are scheduled, but late. Teams had plenty of time to give us ample notice that a game might be played late (within reason), or that their opponent was not responding. Failure to do so has resulted in double forfeits for those matches.
This is exceedingly frustrating because a number of teams were turned down because the tournament was full. Let's make sure the rest of the way, we play our games and report issues.

Due to some extreme circumstances, we have extended the deadlines for Round 2 through Finals games.
Please, if you have not got that second round game set due to reasons we discussed - get them scheduled today to be played no later than day 11.
ROUND 2 - Games must be played no later than Day 11
ROUND 3 - Games must be played no later than Day 15
ROUND 4 - Games must be played no later than Day 19
ROUND 5 - Games must be played no later than Day 23

We're moving along nicely. There have been a cuple games fall behind, but due to several teams skipping ahead (which is totally fine), the tournament is still not being held up too much.
I'll allow a little grace period for games going a day late as long as we keep moving at a nice clip.
