Nice build thus far. I'm not exactly an expert on VA's as i've only just dumped 13 VAs into my LB because i couldnt decide what to do with them for ages, but as for your build goals- they look good to me. Vision is very important, and speed is always key.
I might be tempted to get speed to 68 before vision to 61 personally
