Octowned used to have the blocking bar figured out. But then Bort changed it.
It used to be:
Blocking:
(4/10)Blocking + (2/10)Strength + (1/10)Vision + (1/10)Agility + (1/10)Confidence + (1/10)(Weight/8)
I think the Run Blocking is still just about the same, maybe a little more strength or something.

It has speed in it now, too. It is a combination of the old blocking bar, and a new player movement bar, etc., now
