Is it any good? Even if you get 2 pieces?

I have two pieces on my LG... but it's all based on theorycrafting. Someone on one of my teams said that he saw some threads where testers were saying that change direction (defensive version of quick cuts) was worthless if players had a high enough speed/agility... according to the speed script in the replays. I don't know for sure, but even if it's true, it should only negatively effect my guard when outside blocker kicks in... as my natural speed and agility are below that threshold mentioned (the threshold was ~90 speed and ~80 agility iirc).
