I just got my level 13 cap team. I am a first time owner, but have been around long enough to know how it goes. I am currently the "Co-Owner" of a team that goes to the play-offs regularly. I'm looking for a few stud players to round off my squad. I want to get started as early as possible even though I don't have a team just yet. Here is what I'm looking for.
