I'm looking for a STARTING RDE (that means NO backup and NO LDE) for Mario. He's built to be a speed rusher (training VIS/CNF) with high SAs.
I will also need L48 equipment this season and would like a commitment that I'll get it. EQ is very key to this type of build because of the emphasis on primaries and SAs means that SPs are at a premium.
