And this is my first team. I've been reading all the introduction stuff, but I was just wondering what to expect from some players. And when does the season start? =p

Bort will announce the new season and then everyone will scramble to end their FA searches. The season will start shortly after.

Can you give me some tips on how to develop a guy and what to expect to happen during a season?

And read the section on cap building. That will help your player along. As for the season, stay active in your forums and the guys in there will be able to help you out.
