If you're going to use the script you need to use the one that lets you set all worthless attributes at 8 (at least the ones that can be).
So that means Throwing, Carrying, Punting, Kicking need to be at 8. Right now you have 3 at 9 so that is 3 wasted SPs that you would never get back.
I suggest retiring and rerolling. My personal suggestion to start out is to cap agility first.
