Joe is not interested in a lot of money, he wants a winner. A team with quality guys that is willing to work to get to the playoffs.
He has the skills and stamina to be the one QB on your team. He's been in tandem QB systems in the past but he still has a couple peak seasons left and should used to his potential. (He's a "young" season 2 creation)
