it's not that bad in oceania this year where it concerns to CPU's anywhere from 2-3 teams per conference move up. this year.
Alpha- Guam, Stockholm, Victoria
Zeta - Storm Lake, Razor back, Orlando
my best guess

Well there is 3 CPU teams in Zeta and 3 in the Alpha That is 6 teams that could go up not counting if any teams in AAA want to get demoted

i was right on except i wasn't figuring the pirahna's going CPU. so dresden took over there spot.

Victoria Piranha's referred to the 3D movie coming out; Piranaha 3D. The owner of the team was one of the guys here in Lake Havasu City, Az. filming the movie. I believe that they are now on a team call the Erie Piranhas. In the move Lake Havasu became Lake Victoria as to not scare tourists away from Lake Havasu. They were an incredible team and super well built.
