How is cut block, I'm a level 37 guard with strength in the high 90s... should I need it?

Will it take me out of plays more because of more attempts to cut block?

I already have +3 agil, +1 foundation piece

Cut Block is an excellent SA. So is Foundation.

If they're in separate slots, use them both, especially considering they're both +3 Agility.

Is it really effective for me unless I play up a competition level? meaning I'll be able to take advantage of being overmatched with 100+ strength DTs
