he's ok. it's a build that's effective at a lower level. at higher levels the earlier inefficiencies will have a detrimental effect on his development.

Which ineffiencies would that be, and what should I build on next.

the spread out nature of his build and lack of building to caps efficiently. he needs much more speed and agility, and needs to cap vision soon.
