Canada AA, possibly AAA with the promotions. We need a FS to come in and split time with the current FS, he might get a few more plays than you but you would still be in the 30-35 plays a game range, probably a bit of ST's but always getting max XP.
Only thing is the Confidence would need to be worked on.
