looks like he did a good job not giving up pressure in the playoff game, even though you lost. he seems to be a much better run blocker than pass blocker, so you wonder why he's the left guard instead of right. I'd probably reset the workout warrior VPs next season into either pass blocker or great blocker, maybe even showboat. The only real training options are speed/stamina, and vision/confidence. Generally I'd say it's a great run blocking build, a decent pass blocking build. If you have any good pass rushing DTs in your league (amazingly, it looks like you don't), foundation can help against them.
