Ok, before I make this thread I want to say two things:

1. I play for MCXA but I can speak for the whole team when I say that we are not intimidated by Dubronivik. We respect them and they're playing lights out but we know we have a chance.

2. In me saying the above I am in no way taking a shot at Dubronivik

Ok, after today's playoff games here is a simple question. For people now on the outside looking in, who would you be more intimidated by? A team that just dropped 52 on their opponents while not letting up a point or a team that knocked out a heavy favorite that was on a what, 25 game win streak?

I'd say the team who just clobbered another team by 52, solely because Helsinki has been very beatable this season (including both postseason games), while Dubrovnik hasn't looked beatable since Week One.

And I admit I might be biased.

Again... we've been beatable, because while everyone else boosted, we waited until the end. I hope everyone can take solace in a "good regular season" while they're sitting watching the playoff teams fighting it out!

Dude that guy is like in Alpha..For some odd reason he thinks we care about some team called Dubrovksgdg or some shit like that...

Tell ya what Dub if we meet in the title game I will ask everyone on the Hell raisers to set all players on relaxed....Like we did when we beat The Cocks in the playoffs.

Notice that I said including both playoff games, meaning you've been very beatable even after your boosts. I'm sorry that being very beatable post-boost is justified by not boosting in the regular season.

Perhaps our level of competition is higher as well.

I don't know, and I don't really care.

If we win by 1 or we win by 50, it doesn't matter to me.

I have mad respect for our opponents, and expected all the games to be tight.

Hey now, don't get defensive. The question was which looks more intimidating. No offense meant to the Hell Raisers (although clearly Damazin and Unsaid didn't get this part of it), but needing the final two minutes to scrape on by two teams that physically you have the advantage on isn't intimidating. Maybe intimidating for a close game in the 4th quarter, but not for all 4 quarters. Good luck to the Hell Raisers the rest of the way though.

I'm not defensive, but I have already spent too much time on this.

I have some meetings to attend to.

We take noone lightly.

Good luck to you as well, although judging by your scores, you probably don't need it.

Thats its xsCreAmXs your dead! j/k

FYI we boosted 17 players the morning of our match up with Desert. 15 of those players were starters.

I'd be more intimidated by the team that just dropped 52. Although, the Hellraisers just beat the Vacationers their games have been pretty close.

The two teams the hellraisers beat were two of the best teams in the playoffs. (if not the top 2... two of the top 3) I'm not defensive, I'm just pointing out that people keep underestimating this team.

The Shiner Jocks couldn't shine the Vacationer's jock straps! Anyhow, this next game is the important one... the last one's for fun.

Most of us play football in the playoffs, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

Alot of talk in here from the hell raisiers that probably wont be getting to the championship if they dont get off these boards and get to the private forum to help with the scouting

But everyone that has made it this far in the playoffs deserves some credit if you ask me. Been a tough road for some, been an easy road for others. None of it matters now, one game at a time fools!

LOL the funny thing is while you had a wonderful strategy to get you a deep run into the playoffs. I think your only real downfall of it was lack of home games. Just curious how much are you getting for the ticket sales and concessions in the playoffs. Sometimes people forget this is really a marathon not a sprint.

which leads me to my next point, without the extra revenue for home playoffs how are you going to afford all those high level talent when contracts come up without much stadium expansion.

While the hellraisers played there hearts out and beat a very talented and heavily favored team. I just want to say Thank you for funding another stadium expansion for us with another home playoff game. Win lose or draw, we will see you again, maybe not this year or next but we are coming. With a big stadium!

It's not impossible to save boosts AND get a first-round playoff game.
