SA's doesn't get natural gains, so if you want him to perform later in his career, you'd not touch those at the low level. Speed/Agility/Vision are 3 major attributes for a CB, so you'd like to get those up ASAP.

You know, saying that a guy's build is "awful" doesn't really help him learn.
I'd pretty much say retire him and start over. SAs at these levels are really a waste, you need to get your attributes up first so the SAs can be effective.
This is what I used to build my CB:

If you want to continue this guy, your short term priorities are:
* Get speed to 61
* Get agility to 61
* Get speed to 68
* Get agility to 68
Go about it like this: save your skill points from level ups and don't spend any of them yet. Train speed/agility on intense until you have enough skill points to get speed to 48. Then, dump all your points into speed and change training to agility/vision. Save skill points again until you can get speed to 61, then dump them in. Change training to vision/jumping and work up agility in the same manner as speed.
You can still make a pretty decent guy, don't despair. You really want to follow that Attribute Leg CB guide.

Right. The benefit of intense is you get a slight boost to training, and you also get bonus tokens that you can turn in for skill points (you also use them for advanced equipment, but personally I don't ever bother trying for that for at least 2 seasons).
