If anyone plans on selling their Capped 21 team back to GLB, please contact me before doing so if you are willing to transfer it to someone. I have a full squad of slow built players that are looking for a new home in a capped 21 league & I am too far down the list to be guaranteed of getting one this off season.

I was 1300+ on the list to receive a team 2 seasons ago and received a cap 13 with no problem. Most of the people on the list are inactive or have their preferences screwed up. I think you will get a team if you are wanting a cap 21.

The admins allow team ownership to be transferred to prevent breaking teams up after an owner has lost interest or doesn't have time to run the team. I'm not sure they will allow you to transfer ownership in order to gut a team and bring your own roster over.

Once again, it's easy to receive a new team now-a-days.

I was on the list last season ... guess what? No team ... Bort didnt create many(if any) new teams this last off season because the available CPU teams that were reissued out were enough to cover the available free agents . The same will hold true for every season from now on. So if me being 730 on the list last season didnt get me one ... then i really doubt me being 695 on the current list greatly enhances my chances ... so my only other option is to try to find someone planning on giving their team back to GLB. I have already talk to a Mod about this and he has told me they would transfer the team if the owner is willing.

Bort hasn't created new teams in several seasons. When I got my new cap 13 it was a recycled team. I would be surprised if you don't receive a team being under 700 on the list. I received a casual team last season and I was 1000+ on the list.

I was 700+ on the list, changed my priority to "unlimited", and got an unlimited minor league team. I can't tell you how much this sucks. If I had a clue I would have quit this crap months ago. Glutton for punishment..

So you wait 40 days and request a demotion. Simple and better for your stadium in the long run...
