how does he look? and what should i do next. either over the long term or just the next few LVLs

Hes got two yellow bars and a green one. I kind of expect a dark green kicking bar by level 19, so my guess is he's behind on kicking and confidence. Open him for more detailed advice.

he is also a lvl 20 and have 5 sps.

Yep, more kicking now, then confidence. Spend in kicking until it costs 6 SP to go up one point.

thanks for the advice, that was kinda the route i was going to take, i just needed a little reasurace, and also when to move away from kicking

Too much str, not enough K or conf. Do you get many TBs?

Can't really complain though considering he hasn't missed a FG in 3 seasons. I'm not really sure there's such a thing as a bad kicker.
