Well now that everyone is most likely back from their 4th of July vacations....let's get on to business....and the game. Hope everyone had a great vacation by the way!!!!
Let's start with Alpha, where no changes have been made. Easter Island still remains the team to be beat. Tricity continues to hold on to a tie for 1st place, as both teams remain undefeated. This little duel will be decided in just a few more weeks, when both teams face each other!!!!
Springville continues to hang on to 3rd place, with only one loss, but the Cook Island Power Rangers hopefully have a plan to stop that run of wins The Renegades have put together since game 4! Cook Island has had a tough season so far, losing two games by just a touchdown or less. Don't ever count these guys out!!!! They are not the Oceania A#3 conference champs for nothing!!!!
Over in Zeta...things are starting to really heat up!!!!
Rutgers has taken over the number one spot from Sydney, after Sydney loses a close one to the Newcastle Ghosts. The Newcastle Spooks always seem to get underestimated, but they are are always in the mix when it comes to the playoffs, and they just positioned themselves as the #2 team to beat in Zeta!!!
#3 is Sydney for now, but the fun run Sydney has had playing the cupcakes of the league is over, and now it's time for Sydney to play some real teams. After next game, Sydney takes on the Portland Crackers, then the AREC, then with a brief respite against the Port Royal Predators, they take on Rutgers, and the Chicago six for their last game...
Now is when the real teams show up!!!!!
