5/10. speed and agility especially are low. strength, tackling and stamina are uneccesarily high IMO. ball hawk is a good VA but long reach would have been a better choice than either of the other two

Speed is fine. My CBs have been working at the Pro league level with 90 speed for quite some time.

Agility is low, as is vision. I'd get them both to 68 ASAP.

I would definitely ditch High Jumper, probably in favor of Jackhammer since you have 50 strength.

I would probably ditch Quick, in favor of Third Down Stopper or Football Genius.

Unless you're a return man, I'd never touch the last 3 SA's in the speedster tree again.

I've been burned one time this year. The thing is that even guys with 120 speed are only marginally faster than guys with 85-90 speed.

CB's start off with a 5 yard or so cushion, so they can already afford to be slightly slower than WR's.

It takes a while for guys to get to top speed. With the pressure of the defense, the QB has to throw it before a WR has had a good chance to burn a CB in most cases.

Cuts, jukes, and head fakes all slow down a WR

With Ball Hawk, the CB can, in many cases, be 3-4 yards off the receiver and still make the play.

And even if the CB does get burned, there's a fairly good chance a safety is in the area.

Most of the time, CB's get burned because of vision (head fake or pump fake) or agility (can't keep up with a cut or double cut).

Speed does have advantages though. Many of the better INT CB's are speedsters.
