I have a 38 as well, I went more Agility and speed over Jumping (98spd/76agl/48jump)

I have been concentrating on swat ball SA and supervision AE Piece

I will train str/tackling up to 35 and then put SP's into it. Also confidence to 40 is a good idea for having the chance for more Int's and making breaks on the ball.

I think a good speed/agility to shoot for is 95/85 and then strength to 50 so that you can get the jackhammer VA and not get toasted by the HB Screen passes to the power backs and get run over.
