After i get one more bonus token from training i will be at 61 natural strength at level 6. Should I continue to pump strength to the 68 or 74 cap or should i switch to blocking? I am currently training blocking and agility.

I know I stopped at 68 to start on blocking. The level gains have taken my Cs strength to 76 w/o eq at level 16.

I disagree. My answer is 77 strength. Here is why:

I did 68 strength then 68 blocking, and my C is now...

I am going to train speed + stamina basically forever. I'll take Get Low to 6 base, and I have a +2 vision +1 get low piece I'm in the middle of upgrading. Maybe I'll do 6 "hands" also now that NTs are good to tire them out. I'm also just a few points away from 68 agility.


Okay, so level 50 I'm done. I'd MUCH rather spend 4:1 or even 5:1 on strength than 2:1 on confidence. Now what? Pancake? Meh, in my experience, it doesn't do much. Some extra runblock/passblock? These add to your blocking stat, but at 90 + 15% it really is fine, I think blocking is overrated. Any of the other SAs? No thanks. Cap stamina? Okay, maybe, but I'm going to train it way over 40 and I'm in a 2 C 98/99 rotation anyway, energy isn't an issue.


Anyway I'm just saying if you want to boost and build your player and get something worth boosting for, I'd go to 77 strength. You have more than enough time at the end of your career to round out your SAs, bring vision up to 60 (I did this too early IMO, I'd much rather have just trained vision + confidence both at 49 for a while), and all that jazz.

Bottom line is, ever since "workout warrior" got a major nerf, I've been advising all o-line to spend to 73 where you used to spend to 68, and C even to 77 if you plan to boost all the way to level 60.

I went to 78 with my center. I think as Octowned stated, with the drop to WW topping the 5:1 cap off the hop is the way to go. Great blocker is still a decent VA and if you bring blocking to 74 after strength, through natuaral level gains I think it will be high enough even with all EQ in strength. I haven't decided yet as to whether I willl be going to 74 or 77 with blocking, I have a few levels to decide though.

By level 16 I will hit 2nd cap blocking and by 19 I think I should be at 3rd. Hitting these caps before level 21 will make your C into a monster, I had to use bonus tokens to get there, but it will be worth it in the long run.

Will hit level 14 tomorrow and be at 80 natural strength.
