As an LOLB His AGI and TKL should be reversed. VIS must be at least 61. CON must be softcapped. So IMO a LOLB's natural numbers should be:

40 is enough confidence, I don't see any benefit having it capped. I would say yes on agility for Bug, >100 speed is plenty enough.
