Here is my first OT.
Should he continue after this season and try to find a pro team, or should he retire?
I'm unsure of his abilities.

He's not unfixable. Get STR/BLK/AGL to 73 before you do anything else with him and he will be fine. He's got nice STR. You won't be playing in the pros at lvl 20s though. THe pros are all 50 +. Mostly 55+. He'll make a good ROT on a cap 24 or cap 28 team next year.
