i have 6 sp should i go ahead and get my strenght to 100 then blocking to 100
or should i work until they get evenly matched

Well, not necessaryily highest, just you have 5 wasted points, 10 jumping and kicking, 9 throwing, those could all be 8s and if they were, you would have those extra points in str and blocking. What is your nat strength? no equip
