Train stamina and confidence.
Use SP to finish off capping agility. Followed by getting carrying to 60. Then take speed to 68 and move EQ around to give a little more balance (such as 2 pieces on speed, 1 piece and CE on strength and 1 piece on agility). At that point you can start working on carrying to 68.

That's attainable by level 56. It will make you a viable threat to carry the ball, catch passes out of the backfield and block well enough. You'll just need some break tackle AEQ (~30% worth) and you should become a nightmare for opposing DCs.
Also, if you convince your team to give you cash for an extra piece or two of EQ, you can go from power runner to scat back game to game. Replacing the speed piece with a strength piece and/or replacing the agility piece with a carrying/strength piece.
