No CEQ? Otherwise, he is ok. My level 10 CB actually is slightly faster, but thats because I like to third cap stats and train others so I'm still working on speed while training agility. It does seem like you've only gotten agility to the first cap then started working on vision? I'd suggest third capping agility after speed before touching any other stats.

My original plan was flawed so I'm working with a busted build Right now my plan is 3rd cap speed, I have 1 CEQ I just now upgraded, then moving the agility 2nd or 3rd cap.

more stamina more carrying as soon as you get to 3 cap.
