I would like to get the rest of the league somewhat involved in these write-ups.

From week 6 on, I'm welcoming everyone to look at each game, and if they feel strongly that a particular game should be written about, please put it here (a reason why, or which game it should be 'carded' as is also a plus).

Of course this isn't a requirement, but it gives everyone a chance to be involved, just try not to be bias.

The current top 6 teams in Zeta going into week 5 all play each other in week 6. Depending on who wins today one of those games should be featured imo.

Will definitely take a strong look at that, that could set up some very nice write-ups in week 6.

I think if we get past the Frenzy tonight, the SoCal v Tigers game will be a WAR as usual.

Looking forward to it

Week 6 Alpha Games

BDR @ Brantford

GC Vipers @ WSR

Hoods @ Wilddogs

Guam Tigers @ PFE - Mariana Cup, could also be Tigers 6th loss in a row...

Great job guys coming up with some solid nominations. Keep 'em coming every week if you want/can. I think more than making it fun for me, it'll make it that much more fun for you to read. I greatly appreciate the interaction.

Anything with BDR is an important game.

You're doing a great job Jack. Any write-up to discuss is better then no write-up.

It will be a war even if we both lose today. Lot of respect for BDC, esp after our season 8 strongIslam-free playoff game.

Another solid game I'll be looking at next week. We might even have an 'extended version' of my write-ups next week, because it seems there's a lot of worthy games coming up.

Week 7 Alpha

PFE @ BDR... PFE has won 5 in a row against scrubs, BDR is 7-0 against some very solid competition, (well if they beat Brantford)

GC Vipers vs Brantford Mustangs

Hoods vs WSR

I really doubt WSR makes the games to watch again this season. Especially after todays performance. But I'll look at those other possibilities

Not a lot of great match-ups in week 7 I think WSR deserves it..... the Hoods do....

I think the next two games for Guadalcanal will tell us a lot about their future.

vs Sea Wasps- Wasps have lived up to their names, they're constantly stinging and only the strongest survive their attacks.
It'll be a good test of the Gunner resolve.

vs Samoa- If the Gunners can win this battle then the sky's the limit for them.

We're still further in a chemistry funk than I'd like to be, but that's no excuse if you want to play with the big boys.

That's a hell of a game. I'd vote for either this one or Kingston vs. the Nites.
