also need to know what skill tree to go with on CE and what SA's are more important and a must have for a LOLB

I would not buy CE at all for LB's unless I'm building a MLB and then I'd get the Hard Hitter Tree. Monster Hit and Shed Block are somewhat useful for all LB's if supporting stats are there. Useful SA's for LB's are very scant, IMO. For LOLB, I would focus all points into attributes and pray for some good AEQ, like Shutdown Coverage.
