IIRC the formula is weighted by the strength of schedule. The perceived level of the teams "strength" is what makes this somewhat inaccurate until about the 8th to 10th week.

Tokyo are a load of old mans bollocks. They pull off goats regularly. And whats with Japan and school uniforms. Way to ruin a fetish for the rest of the world.

Tokyo's D-Line are a bunch of homos. Their WR and TE are about the worst I've ever seen. And don't get me started on that QB. Fucker wouldnt start for a school for the blind.
