In the process of trying to develop a decent MLB and wanted to see if anyone out there can help in pointing me in the right direction to accomplish this. also was interestd in finding out if there is any other way to get more flex points and skill points to help in building up my players skills and attributes.

Buy flex or somehow find a way to get 12 referrals per season so you can fully boost your player.... Not including custom EQ.....
