I used GarrettFoster's Power Rankings script last season in Africa AA#2. Its a little sketchy to start, but really gains momentum. He has released v2.0 for this season so let's give it a go again.

Here's his thread. I see no explanation of SoR. It may just be a preseason thing.

Interesting....if that was the case I would figure all of our SOR's would be the same since everyone is 0-0...unless it's taking into account last season's records

Its taking into account Pre-Season. It also is using the team's "talent level." I thought about using the team's total Franchise records, but decided against.

I will probably hold off publishing the first rankings until the Week 4 games have been played. This should give us an accurate set of data as a League. Things should reflect a more stable set of games at that point.

A lot of people seemed to enjoy it last season [Africa AA#2]. Its far less work this season. GarrettFoster made a real nice script.
