you took a game away from someone who truly loved the game and never had a problem with it, just got rowdy on the forums, its and injustice

Maybe because you made the forums un-fun for dozens to hundreds more that also paid money?

I never had much of an issue with nfratami... seems kinda simple to ban someone from all but team forums, but hell maybe the mods and admins are just lazy

I do find it concerning that Bort would just take my money and run type deal.... I keep my nose clean and I know its in terms of service. But this game's long term viability is the idea of an inherent value in the 70% retirement return. To loose it all kinda sucks... hopefully Bort doesn't get power hungry or greedy on such things and start doing perma-bans for lighter issues.

It's such a short step from banning repeat violators of all manner of rules, to banning completely innocent people for profit, isn't it? Damn those commies.

the social aspect of this game is huge, but the game can be played without any real forum access outside of team forums and pms.... long and prolonged forum bans are logical, but perma banning people from the complete game over what has happened in the forums seems a bit much to me.

1/2 the story is 1/2 the story. We'll never get the entire thing other than what Nfrat says and the limited mod speak about it. It was known in several forums that he (as well as others) received a "final warning" PM stating to change/desist or else. Or else happened. Personally I enjoyed his postings but I also wasn't a huge poster, i.e. target, for him to troll. It will be interesting to see what happens with other such multiple banned guys, like Boltz, if the admin are consistent and ban him if he continues to keep up his string of inane posts and trolls as well.

Banning people from the forums and allowing them to play would have been a good punishment for Club America, but he got the ban, the whole ban, and nothing but the ban. He also got the boot.

Fairly dumb, imo

I don't know about anyone else but when I am told not to do something or I will be removed I tend not to do it again.

You say that as if it is an option... last game we didn't game plan, put our 3rd string in as starters and had Playboys "Girls of the Big Ten" on special teams and still crushed the Suck it Rawks... I mean, the Big Ten!! If it had been the SEC girls or even Pac 10 I can see it happening but damn...

Have you seen the Girls of the Big Ten... I mean Damn they could start on the OLine for most pro teams..... talk about needing grazing rights.
