Does anyone want to put together an all-pro team for each conference? or put together a ballot for one?

Here is one that was used in another league I am in. You vote for only players in the conference you play in.

I would have them just post them here then compile them. That should cut down on the homer factor a bit.

someone could create a private forum that allows polls and voting. We could send in nominations and then have a vote.

I use http://www.proboards.com/index.html for my poker league and I love it. We always have votes on there discussing rule changes and scheduling upcoming events.

I haven't looked, but there has to be a site that alllows you to just post polls.

http://ballot-box.net allows you to create polls, but going through and creating the polls and putting in people's names and stuff can be a PITA.

That's a good list, but putting your boy Oates (84 pancakes in 974 plays, 8.6%) ahead of Bob Popo (the conference leader in pancakes, 118 pancakes in 873 plays, 13.5%) is homer-tastic.
