Question for you: When the season starts, will the preseason games affect rankings? I don't know about other teams, but in the preseason we test a lot of different things, so we really aren't trying to win or even compete, just test things.

If I remember correctly, preseason does impact the regular season, and it usually takes a lot of games for the rankings to play out.


There is your disclaimer before somebody runs in and says we beat so and so team, how are we so low? Give it time.

the pre-season games are weighted lower than regular season games...there is also a momentum indicater for teams on a winning streak....
