I think we should get the voting a little more locked down. I think the fairest idea is to only have the GM's from a team be allowed to vote.

Why are you against players voting?

Too many cooks.

I'd rather have team owners/gm's do the voting.

Players will only have the stats to go by whereas team owners and gm's will have a little more knowledge from their scouting of opposing teams.

let everyone nominate guys to be considered. then the owners can chose the pro bowlers from those players.

I pulled up all of our games and wrote down the folks that stood out. I also looked at the league leaders and gave the leaders an edge if things lookd pretty even on my score sheet.

QFT! The only other way I can think of is to allow the GMs/Owners to nominate players and then have the players actually vote on the final roster. That way GMs and Owners get the control/power we all know they love, and the players still get to vote.

What needs to be done is in house voting.

Each Coach/GM posts a similar thread on their own teams forum and asks for their players nominations, then whoever gets the most votes at each position gets put forward for that teams vote.

That way its a more concentrated effort.

I say we make Ronnie Taylor the starting FS and then after that do as you please.

I think that the the Owners/GMs should nomiate (x amount) of players from their team that meet criteria and then the players vote who wins.

Each team 5 players any positions

as an owner/ gm you could have your teammates vote for those players to be nominated. then the Owner/GM submits them to the voting thread.
