yeah I wrote a ROT guide but it has been outdated since the change of VAs. I'll probably re-write it.
73 str, 68 blk, 68 agi, then ask again. If you need more help with training, optimal order of caps, equipment, etc., ask, but those should take you through level 30 or 35 I forget.
