I dont like their numbers...they are both purty balanced, but still...

If I were you:

-stop putting points in SAs, get your skills up (agility 2nd cap, speed 1st cap, str and blocking should be higher also)
-get rid of some of the junk AE (line general? doesn't work on Gs, First step is wasted on O line)
-looks like you have 3/4 pieces of AE for each player and they aren't maxed out. Choose 2 pieces for each, upgrade them completely
-get your +6 level 40 regular gear and put it into strength for the 2 pieces of AE you toss

A few ideas, take it or leave it.
