I'd go strength first since it seems closer to the second cap. Then agility to second cap. Might even want to train speed/agility while 2nd capping strength.

Alright so what I will do then is train confidence/something else while bringing my strength up to second cap and then taking agility to second cap. Thanks for all the suggestions!
