If teams have identical records at the end of the year, how do they decide who is in/out??

No offense to the Buenos Aires Banditos, but Hiroshima beat them in the regular season, yet sits 9th place? Makes not sense.

its head to head if 2 teams tie

if its 3 teams tieing its head to head and if thats the same then its points scored.

im guessing all 3 teams were 1-1 head to head so it went to points scored
