Is this a good piece to build off of, or should I keep rolling?

I have a level 49 RG and I already have one Advanced piece of Equipment, but I wanted to start building up a second one to help me out with SAs.

Also, if I purchase the equipment, what areas should I focus on upgrading? Blocking? Strength? Both? Other?
