Last nights game against the Nighthawks was set to be an important confidence builder for the rebounding Rhino's. The Coach said before the game that he and the team had put lots of time and effort into scouting pre-game. Trying to recover from a close loss to the Austin Outlaws the week before the team was fired up and chomping at the bit before the game, it showed on the field as the Rhino's played a comprehensive game blocking the Nighthawks never allowing them to get any where near the game, and running in TD's seemingly at will, the final score, 76-3. The 73 point margin is the biggest win in the franchises short history and secured them top spot in the conference.

Next week Bloomington plays the Georgia Dawgs in there last game of the regular season

What pisses me off the most is, yes we know we're a bad team, but we (with the exception of one player that isn't even on our team anymore) haven't opened our mouth to the contrary all season. EVERYONE knew Rhinos were winning this game. OMG 76-3. The only thing I'm surprised at, is that our defense only gave up 76 points.

There's no need to "flaunt" a win over a 2-13 team unless your compensating for something.

Wow, take it easy. This is just the local paper reporting the news... Cheese said nothing offensive about your team. Just that the Rhinos won the game.

This is bordering on insane. Does any IMPARTIAL party think this article was an intentional slight on the Nighthawks? I know cheese through our team forum and I can say with certainty that he did not intend for this article to be taken that way. Nobody from the Rhinos is talking shit, nor have we ever to my knowledge. And the team that "kicked our ass" 16-13 were the ones who were doing all the shit-talking prior to our matchup. Just go back and read the threads and you'll see this. If you can't see this then you're just delusional.

On a side note, and to the credit of the Austin guys, they handled their win over us with the utmost class. It was the talk leading up to the game that was annoying. I think they were just feeling a little slighted because we were getting all of the attention.

But back to you guys...get back on your medication and please lay off the offensive posts. There's no way you're as stupid as these posts make you appear to be. Grow up. It's just a game.
