Warrior General Games

It's been a fun run folks. But, due to time and money, I've released Sacred Haven. I had planned on it early on in the season, but I've always been big about completing a season. I didn't want to beat some teams and then not give others a run for their money. It was a good season.

The reasons for the drop is mostly due to the daughter my wife and I adopted back in March. I tried to keep playing, but the costs and time for putting into this game is just too expensive. I've decided I'm no longer willing to pay for a 'beta' game. Anyhow, I'd like to thank you all for putting up with us; especially those that we have known since Season 3.

FYI, I'm only keeping half of my players and I already have a team in mind for them. Since I'm not willing to buy points anymore, I figure that I'll just retire a bunch and use those points to boost the remaining ones. Recycle time.

GL Sarcoth, I know all of us at the Hoods were looking forward to coming up here and trying for you guys one more time.

I've been waiting for Sarcoth to post this.

It's been a lot of fun. I was worried we wouldn't be able to compete when we moved up to OPL in Season 9, but we fared much better than I had imagined. As Forealus reminded us, our streak of making the playoffs went unblemished, 7 for 7.

My players are heading off to a USA team. I'm going to miss the competition in OPL, though with WSI leaving Oceania, it isn't going to be quite the same anyway.

It would have been fun. You always caused us quite a bit of heartburn.
