somebody please .....suggestions?

Your equipment is spread out an awful lot. It's usually best to put all of the equipment on one or two skills. The special abilities are too spread out as well. One point isn't going to do much so in the future I'd concentrate on just a few. I'd also get agility up to be about the same as the speed. A lot of people love speed but I think yours is fine where it is and a linebacker should benefit from faster acceleration than speed which is what agility will provide.
